This funding will help us deliver a new men’s wellbeing project at our allotment in Upton — a calm, outdoor space designed specifically for men who are experiencing isolation, low confidence or poor mental health. Thanks to your support, we can offer practical, hands‑on sessions that give local men a place to connect, build friendships, learn new skills and spend meaningful time outdoors.
